"I have used Flexiskills recruitment very successfully over the past 3 - 4 years to first of all source and then to hire good quality production operators and technicians. In a high tech environment such as the one in which I work, this is not an easy job. We have tried a number of agencies, as well as recruiting directly from the local press and job centres, and the Flexiskills approach by far yielded the best results. We employed a temp to perm style of hiring with Flexiskills which took out the concerns of staff leaving before they got a feel for the job - a situation which used to be very common in direct hires even though we employed very rigorous selection methods and a comprehensive induction programme. The incentive was there on the employee to work themselves into a job.

We had very few problems with any Flexiskills placements and any we did have were sorted out very effectively by Sean and his team. Additionally, Sean sent very few people to us for interview that we didn't have good confidence in. This reduced significantly the recruitment effort. The semiconductor sector is a particularly difficult sector to work in due to the complexity of the work and multitasking required on individuals.
