Flexiskills was established in Belfast city centre in May 1992, a management buyout by the current owners, Nuala and Trevor Baxter, was completed in May 1999 .

Each advisor in our close knit team has a minimum of seven years experience in their specialised field and as a team we have worked together for seven years.

Our strengths lie in the ability to absorb the information given by our clients. We research the client company in order to articulate the benefits and sell the opportunity to the candidate, to their mutual advantage.

With our ongoing training programme our top quality team of experienced Advisors are constantly updating their existing skills and keeping abreast of changing needs within each sector.

We fully support and abide by the rules laid down by the Equality Commission. As active members of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, [REC] both corporate and individual, Flexiskills are up to date with the changes in Employment Law and attend regular and ongoing meetings and seminars.

Our opening hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday with late night opening every Thursday until 9.00pm to facilitate those who find it difficult to register at any other time due to work or other commitments.
